The people waiting for their turn are so much concentrated on what they are going to say that they forget listening to the others. A random round table helps breaking this drawback and makes it more dynamic. The last speaker decides who’s next.

When some gives you an “idea” do not discuss the idea, they do not explain the idea at that point. Idea – write on the board – go to the next person. It’s keeps aggressive people from being judgmental and keeps the less aggressive speaking up without fear. More detailed discussion of items can come later.
